1. Booking Confirmation

Once you complete a land booking through our platform and receive a confirmation, your selected plot is reserved. This booking may be subject to verification of payment and other relevant documentation.

2. Cancellation Policy
  • Bookings can be cancelled within 7 days of confirmation, provided the land has not been allocated or documentation initiated.
  • To initiate a cancellation, please contact our support team via email or phone with your booking ID and reason for cancellation.
3. Refund Eligibility
  • If a booking is cancelled within the allowed period, and meets the eligibility criteria, a refund will be processed after deducting applicable service or processing fees.
  • Refunds are not applicable if land allocation or transfer documentation has already commenced.
  • Refund requests made after 7 days of booking will not be entertained unless there are exceptional circumstances.
4. Refund Process

Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–14 working days. Processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
